At Blooom Clothing, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every order. While each item is custom printed just for you, we understand that issues may arise. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for important information:

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly at [email protected]. We prioritize your satisfaction and will provide guidance on the next steps. You don’t need to return the defective item in the following cases:

  • Design Error: If there’s a discrepancy between the design you received and the one you ordered or customized.
  • Bad Quality: If the print or image appears blurry or of poor quality.
  • Damage During Shipment: In the unfortunate event that your item was damaged during shipping.

What to Do

Contact us within 20 days of receiving your items, and provide the following information:

  • Your order/ invoice ID.
  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged item, please email us a picture of the received item at [email protected].

For the above cases, we can issue a refund if you prefer not to receive a replacement item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process and post the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Please understand that we do not process refunds or reprints in the following situations:

  • If your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address, missing deliveries, failure to collect packages).
  • If your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., customs issues, natural disasters, tracking showing “delivered” but the item is lost).
  • If 20 days have passed since you received your items.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges or returns for size changes unless the error is on our part. For sewing or printing issues or any other concerns, please contact us, and we will assist you. Please refrain from sending your purchase back to us without prior authorization.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. You can’t make modifications or cancellations on your own after this period. Orders placed more than 24 hours ago will have entered production and cannot be altered.

We strive to ensure product quality and order accuracy, and issues are rare. If you receive a damaged item, experience poor-quality printing, or receive an incorrect product, we guarantee 100% satisfaction. We offer free replacement orders or refunds for affected items.
